4. Procedures

If your proposal above is general (e.g., “beautify the front entrance”), specify exact actions like painting a bench, buying a mascot sign, installing it on a pressure-treated pole, placing landscape pavers, etc.

5. Evaluation

For example: counting student participation, conducting interviews, surveys, or other outcome measures. The Garden of Hope Fund can assist in designing outcome measures.

Student Learning Opportunity

The whole purpose of the school is for the kids. Describe how this grant will either (1) create learning opportunities for one or more students, and/or (2) improve the educational and learning atmosphere.
